BirdBrains accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card information is securely captured using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your payment will not be processed until we have verified your order. As an extra layer of security, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing a credit card payment.
COD:
The COD option is available only to customers who have arranged pickup or local delivery in Newmarket Ontario, or who have arranged to pick up their orders at Parrot Club meetings or events. Please contact us to see if you qualify for this option.
Canadian Shipping Options:
Standard shipping is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel; your order should arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Please let us know if you prefer an alternate shipping method.
25% OFF SHIPPING ON SMALL ORDERS
If your total order before taxes is under $100, BirdBrains will pay 25% of the Canada Post shipping costs. Click here to view a chart illustrating Canada Post's typical shipping costs based on weight and distance. The actual cost, less your 25% discount, will be added to your order total, We will contact you for authorization before processing shipping charges.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
If your total order before taxes is $100 or more, we will ship it free via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Free shipping is also available to customers who have arranged pickup or local delivery in Newmarket Ontario, or who have arranged to pick up their order at a meeting or event. Taxes
All orders are subject to GST.
Ontario orders are also subject to PST.

Birds may use toys in ways for which they were not originally intended, and which may be dangerous. It is the responsibility of caregivers to supervise their birds carefully to ensure safe and appropriate use of toys and equipment, and to inspect all toys and equipment for dangerous parts, or parts that may become dangerous from use or abuse.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to discuss your options or obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned products must be unused and unopened; for sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on used products. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
